TVC's full-time staff, numbering 1,328 on December 31, 2000, falls into six main groups. The biggest are: the technical division with 481 employees, the news service numbering 247, and production with 320. Managerial positions make up just 1% of staff, while department heads and high-level engineers make up 30%. Other technicians make up 50% and assistant technicians and other personnel make up the remaining 19%.
